Guy Evgeni Levin, running GNM Media with 700 agents and monthly budgets over $1M in Google Ads, identified a fundamental problem: routing decisions were made by managers using gut feel. He began designing an algorithmic routing engine at a time when no CRM vendor was thinking about AI at all.
Development expanded across Ukraine, Israel, Bulgaria, and India. The system launched under the name Astraq CRM (astraq.com) — a fully functional call center brain serving GNM Media's internal operation. The first external clients signed.
The system was rebranded to EvolutionCRM.ai and opened to the external market. A dedicated YouTube channel launched. The gamification layer, quiz engine, and Viki real-time engine were added. 168,000+ clients in the database.
Rebuilt from the 2020 source with modern infrastructure. Running live at cowyboymanager.com. 16 enterprise clients. Full Laravel 8 backend, Vue.js frontend, Socket.IO real-time engine. The system that was ahead of its time in 2017 is now exactly on time.

I started building what became Cowboy CRM in 2017 because I was running a call center and couldn't find a CRM that actually made routing decisions. Every system I tried stored data beautifully and then waited for a human to decide what to do with it. That's the wrong architecture.
The routing algorithm — the core of Cowboy CRM — was designed around one observation: the best agent for a specific lead at a specific time on a specific campaign is predictable from data. A human making that decision manually 300 times a day will be wrong 40% of the time. An algorithm doing it in 300ms will be wrong 8% of the time.
Nine years and 16 enterprise deployments later, that algorithm runs $2.4M in monthly revenue across our clients' floors. This isn't a startup. It's a production system that's been running under real conditions since 2017.
